The way to shine on the outside is to shine on the inside first. If you are exhausted, unhappy and constantly worrying this will affect how you look on the outside. Take a shower, get dressed and notice what a difference this will make in how you feel about yourself. Start by loving yourself and your accomplishments. Keep in mind when you are feeling good on the inside, it will radiate on the outside as well.
