However, ordinary individuals can have different optimal timeframes, as they don’t all wake up at the same time and surely won’t all take lunch at once. The only thing that really matters is how you can stick to your proposed schedule. 
This is why you have to try to go to the gym regularly, scheduling your sessions depending on the time you have available, but in such a way that the physical exercises will not affect your professional life and the relationships with others.
