Would a green tea moisturizer help ruduce redness in the face?
Not a “green tea” moisturizer, but a pale-green moisturizer worn under make-up can help. It will counteract redness. By the same token, a lavender moisturizer counteracts sallowness. These products don’t actually look green or lavender on your skin, they simply neutralize red or yellow tendencies, so that you can apply foundation and other colors on top.
